8th National Leadership Conference

The 8th National Leadership Conference (NLC), organized by NYEF Lalitpur Chapter, was held from September 5–6, 2025, at Chandragiri Hills Resort. This flagship event brought together more than 100 participants from across NYEF chapters nationwide for two days of learning, networking, and collaboration under the inspiring theme “Elevate Your Leadership.”

The conference kicked off with an engaging and interactive ice breaking sessions followed by a feature session from our keynote by Mr. Raj Bahadur Shah, Managing Director of Jawalakhel Group of Industries. The evening concluded with vibrant socials, live music by Folktronics, and networking over dinner.

Day two featured parallel learning tracks on leadership, startups, events, and membership development, offering participants hands-on insights and focused discussions. The event concluded with acknowledgements to partners and sponsors, celebrating a successful gathering of ideas, inspiration, and collaboration.

The 8th NLC truly embodied the NYEF spirit—fostering growth, innovation, and leadership while strengthening bonds within Nepal’s entrepreneurial community.
